Chef Rachel Merga will provide a delicious and nutritious lunch.
Rev. Frank Dunn will celebrate an optional Eucharist and lead us in Taizé Chant.
Peggy Parker's art exhibit will provide a focus for reflection.
Yoga prayer sequences and meditation led by Carolyn Bluemle.
We will pray through yoga posture sequences to songs as each is inspired and able. No previous yoga experience necessary; all poses and sequences can be modified to accommodate any physical limitation or excellence.
