What healing can happen if we let ourselves feel the ways we are disconnected from ourselves, from each other, from God?  What in us and among us feels like scattered dry bones in disarray?  From this place of quiet recognition, we can call out for the breath of God to give us inner connection, life, community, and bring us home.

Though YOGA we will work with body and breath to reconnect bones and sinews and mind and spirit.  Through MEDITATION we will invite God into the silence. In DRUMMING (led by Jeff Wolf) we will bring our energy together in community.  Through LECTIO DIVINA we will bring our thoughts and prayers together in community.  MINDFUL EATING will be in silence at tables around the font: a delicious, nourishing, vegetarian lunch prepared by chef Rachel Merga.  In EUCHARIST we will share the gift of God's love, ALL are welcome.
